Kohler’s upgraded ADCIId control system features an LCD display and rotary button for intuitive operation, showing generator status, runtime, warnings, and faults. A three-color LED indicates system conditions. The main board includes dual USB ports—one for PC communication, the other for software updates via storage devices. Sealed connectors ensure reliability in harsh environments. The compact design reduces wiring and sensors, simplifying maintenance. A standard 80mm remote panel is easy to install, supports up to 35m cable length, and fits any helm style. Compatible with 12–175kW marine generators using DEC3500 controls, it displays real-time data. When units are paralleled, a single panel can monitor and control multiple generators via communication links, enabling centralized, efficient operation and enhanced serviceability.
