We endeavor ourselves to offer integrated solutions and all-round after-sale services.

To be the most reliable supplier and facilitator of marine equipment has always been our mission. With our qualified techniques, abundant application experiences, quick after-sale response and sufficient storage of the products and spare parts, we try our best to detect and fix the malfunctions of equipment at first-time, to reduce the time of stop-ship scenarios and to offer lifelong technical support for each vessel on which our equipment is used. According to the application situation in reality, we also provide with customized training programme to offer guidance to the repair and maintenance of equipment with more pertinency. The satisfaction of our clients is our ultimate goal.

    The headquarter building of Shanghai Ocean is set up in Minhang District,Shanghai. Apart from that we have a service and training center at the bay of Fengxian District with 16700㎡, in which workshops for overhaul, debugging and testing as well as a dock for trial voyage are constructed. There we also prepare equipment specific for training. Storage is separate and has its own building with more than 6000 commonly used spare parts and complete machines all year round. At the same time we are setting up our service network nationwide to provide our clients with more efficient and convenient support as our business grows. To this day we already have 5 offices (in Dalian, Hangzhou, Zhuhai, Xiamen, Sanya) and 5 service stations (in Jiamusi, Qingdao, Ningbo, Xiamen, Sanya). Shanghai has been the center of our service network and all the products and accessories will be sent from here to the whole country, in this way a fast supply and a proper deploy are realized.
